For every package, yes. The price covers the deliverables listed on that package. If you ask for something outside the list, we quote it before we start, and nothing is added without your written yes.
Most of our clients are businesses, who reclaim VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout, shown in your cart and printed on your invoice. Consumers see the total including VAT before they pay.
Every service has a Custom tier for larger work. Send us a brief. We reply within two business days, and we give you a fixed price before any work begins.
For one-off packages, 40% at order, 30% at design approval and 30% at delivery, before go-live. For monthly plans, the first month at order, then monthly. VAT at 20% is added.
Before kick-off, you can cancel and we refund the deposit in full. After kick-off, the deposit is not refundable and work completed to the current milestone is billed. Consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The refund policy has the detail.
