Questions people ask before they buy
Ask us directly Are the prices really fixed?
For every package, yes. The price covers the deliverables listed on that package. If you ask for something outside the list, we quote it before we start, and nothing is added without your written yes.
Why are prices shown excluding VAT?
Most of our clients are businesses, who reclaim VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout, shown in your cart and printed on your invoice. Consumers see the total including VAT before they pay.
How long does a project take?
Each package states its turnaround: for example 3 to 4 weeks for Essential web design, 5 to 6 weeks for a Starter shop. The clock starts at kick-off and assumes that content and feedback arrive when we agreed.
Is the payment on this site real?
Not yet. The checkout runs in test mode: no real payment is taken and no card details are stored. When you place an order, we receive it and email you a confirmation with the invoice for your deposit and how to pay it. Work starts once the deposit is settled.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds per milestone. A round is one consolidated list of feedback and one round of changes. Extra rounds are quoted before we start them.
