WordPress, Shopify and Webflow, and sites built with modern frameworks such as Astro and Next.js. If yours runs on something else, ask before you buy.
What counts as a small change?
Editing text, swapping images, adding a simple page, updating a form or a menu. New features, redesigns and new sections are quoted separately.
Do unused hours carry over?
No. Hours are for the month they belong to.
What happens if my site goes down or is hacked?
We restore from the latest backup and find the cause. Work to clean up a serious incident is quoted before we start if it goes beyond your plan's hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Give 30 days' notice. The current month is billed and not refunded.
