We collect only what we need to answer you, deliver your order and meet French accounting law. We use analytics only if you say yes. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time.

We do not collect more than the form asks for. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell it.
3. Cookies and similar storage
The site stores a few essential items on your device to work (your cart and your cookie choice). Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. Details and the full list are in the Cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
4. Who receives your data
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
- The email service that carries messages between you and us.
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, for Google Analytics 4, only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, when needed for our legal and accounting duties.
These providers process data on our instructions or under their own legal duties. We do not give your data to anyone for their own marketing.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
If you accept analytics, Google may process analytics data in countries outside the EU, including the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses. If you refuse analytics, no data goes to Google.
6. Payment
The checkout on this site currently runs in test mode. Card fields are not transmitted to us and are not stored. If real online payment is introduced, we will name the payment provider in this policy before it goes live.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where the law allows;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format, for data you gave us under a contract or with consent;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
- give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.
To use a right, write to support@topdigitallab.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer within one month. If you think we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.
8. Security
We limit access to your data to the people who need it, use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and keep the systems that hold your data up to date. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we tell you and the CNIL as the law requires.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 15.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. For a material change, we tell you on the site.
