A scope that holds. Then a first version that ships.

Product discovery fixes what you are building in three weeks, for €2,900. The MVP build that follows is €12,000, because the scope is already written.

Who it's for

App budgets balloon when nobody wrote down what "done" means.

  • A founder with a software idea and a deadline set by an investor or a launch date.
  • A company that wants to replace a spreadsheet or an internal tool with a proper app.
  • A team launching a customer app, on iOS, Android or the web.

A scoped, working first version in the hands of real users, and a roadmap for version two.

How it works

  1. Discovery

Three weeks to write the brief, the scope and the technical plan.

  2. Design

The core flow designed and prototyped. Two revision rounds, then you approve.

  3. Build

Development in stages, with a working build for you to try along the way.

  4. Release

We test, submit to the stores or deploy the web app, and hand over the code and the roadmap.

Vélo SQY

Vélo SQY is a concept booking app for bike rental around Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, designed to show how we keep a core flow short. Concept project, not client work.

Questions

More questions

Native app, cross-platform or web app?

It depends on who your users are and what the app must do. In discovery we compare the options and write down our recommendation and its cost. Cross-platform (React Native or Flutter) covers iOS and Android from one code base for many products.

Do I have to start with discovery?

Yes, unless you bring a written spec that we can review. The fixed price of the MVP build is only credible once the scope is written down.

What does "MVP" include?

The smallest version that lets real users do the core job, up to 10 core screens. Everything else goes on the roadmap, and can be built in a later package.

Who owns the code?

You do. Ownership of the deliverables passes to you when the package is paid in full. Third-party components keep their own licences.

Who pays the store and cloud fees?

You do, on accounts in your own name: Apple and Google developer accounts, and any cloud plan. We help you set them up.

Write down what you are building. Then build it.
