Refund, cancellation and withdrawal policy

1. One-off packages

Payment is 40% at order, 30% at design or milestone approval and 30% at delivery. Milestones already paid are not refundable for work that has been delivered.

2. Cancelling before kick-off

If you cancel before work starts, we refund your deposit in full. Tell us by email at support@topdigitallab.com. We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your cancellation.

3. Moving your start date

You can move your kick-off for free up to 5 business days before the agreed start. After that, we may need to reschedule you to the next available slot.

4. Cancelling after kick-off

After kick-off, the deposit is not refundable. We bill any work completed beyond it up to the current milestone, and you receive what has been delivered to that point. If you have paid more than the work done, we refund the difference.

5. Revisions

Two revision rounds per milestone are included. Extra rounds are quoted and are not refundable once done.

6. If we do not deliver what a package lists

If a deliverable does not match its description, we correct it at no charge. If we cannot, we refund the part of the price that relates to it.

7. Monthly plans

• Care plans are monthly and rolling. Cancel with 30 days' notice. The current month is billed and is not refunded.
• SEO plans have a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice on the same terms. The current month is billed and is not refunded.

8. Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded on this site within 14 days, without giving a reason (Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The period starts on the day the contract is formed.

• How to withdraw. Send a clear statement to support@topdigitallab.com, or write to TOPDIGITALLAB SAS, 78 Rue du Petit Pont, 78180 Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France. You can use the model withdrawal form of the Consumer Code, but it is not required.
• If work has started at your request. At checkout you can ask us to start within the 14 days. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to what has been performed until you told us of your decision (Article L. 221-25).
• When the right ends. If the service has been fully performed before the 14 days end, and you asked for it to start earlier and acknowledged that you would lose the right, you can no longer withdraw (Article L. 221-28).
• Refund. We refund what you paid, less any proportionate amount above, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used.

9. Test-mode payments

While the checkout runs in test mode, no money is taken when you place an order. Refunds apply to sums you have actually paid against our invoices.

10. Your other rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers.
